Hwange Ranch
Total land size of 7 603ha or [number removed]. 37acres. Situated midway between Bulawayo and Victoria Falls in the Gwayi Valley Conservancy. Some 10 to 18km from Hwange Game Park. The farm is registered as a Ranch and is owned by a company whose directors are alive. The ranch has its deed.
The Ranch is not operational at present. The following were functional at the Ranch at the time of operation.

-8 dams,1 is still functional

-Staff quarters c/w ablution roads. A full road structure throughout the ranch with pictures to show the Ranch with animals during its last operation.
-The water facilities and animal management created made animals attracted from 15km from Hwange National Park into the Ranch.
Due to lack of maintenance and abandoned operations, the improvements now need to be fixed ie dams, boreholes, Safari camp, road network
The Ranch is no experiment to animals or operations, it was a functional running business that ceased operations, which one can engage the director after purchase for consultation purposes in bringing the Ranch operational.
Animals that are found in the Gwayi Conservancy are below:
Buffalo, Lion, elephant, leopard, hyena, jackals, cheetahs, sable, impala, eland, waterbuck, zebra, wildebeest, bushbuck, summer, kudu, Steinbeck, giraffe, warthog, wild pig, reedbuck, numerous small cats, crocs, hippo, and birdlife, which can be attracted back to the Ranch
